Digital Marketing Manager

Based in New Plymouth, you will be part of an innovative boutique Agency, that specialises in Brand, Web, 3D Experience & Digital Marketing. You will lead, implement & drive new inbound strategies that set the tone & marketing funnel for our clients. You’ll be a whizz at optimising marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

 

Everything you touch will help attract site traffic, convert that traffic into new leads, and nurture those leads into customers, the latter of which will keep our clients extremely happy!

Your toolkit will include:

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the client websites.

Tracking conversion rates and working with designers & developers to make improvements.

Developing and managing marketing campaigns.

Utilising a range of techniques, including paid search, SEO and PPC.

Excellent experience in Adwords & Remarketing.

Improving the usability, content and conversion of the client website.

Helping with planning and budgetary control of digital client marketing.

Overseeing the social media strategies for clients Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin campaigns.

Monitoring social media for customer comments, both positive and negative.

Building reporting frameworks to evaluate the return on investment on the various platforms.

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns

Bachelor Degree in Marketing.

5 Years + Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.

Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot and Hubspot would be highly desirable.

 

Your key responsibilities:

To implement digital & social marketing strategies for the client base.

Work collaboratively with all teams.

Research and review latest digital technologies for use within the team.

Any further tasks as requested by management from time to time.

Manage third party providers to maximise cost and workflow efficiencies.

Champion support & development of our people.
